Return & Exchange Policy

Simple and straightforward returns for our global partners.

Returning or exchanging an item is a straightforward process. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it using one of the methods outlined below. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 12 business days of us receiving the return.

Apparel items should be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags still attached. There are certain circumstances under which we are unable to initiate a return or issue a refund, and these include:

  • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
  • Products bought from our partner stores and other marketplace websites.
  • Products purchased online from www.kahfclothing.com cannot be returned to any offline store or any other online platform.

www.kahfclothing.com retains the authority to decline a refund if the item does not conform to its Return Policy criteria. We assure the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item within 7 days of normal wear, we will always accept the item for assessment.


Return Instructions

Typically, returns are scheduled for pickup from the original delivery address within 2 to 4 business days. Securely pack your return items in their original packaging and hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you miss the initial pickup, we will make one more attempt. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the return request will be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method originally utilized. Please note that we do not facilitate refunds in the form of cash or checks. For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through NEFT transfer as per the account details provided. If you have any doubts, please contact our team at customercare@kahfclothing.com.

Item Damage During Shipment

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. You are entitled to a complete refund for all shipments that arrive in a damaged condition, subject to assessment.

Exchange

Product Exchange policy is 7 days from date of delivery. Go to your My Account section to select the product you want to exchange. If the new product value is higher, the balance will be charged. If lower, the difference will be provided as store credit for future orders.
